Our subscription boxes come in two different tiers. Choose the one that best fits your needs and frequency. After your choose your box, you will be prompt to pick your choices of protein and sides. You can choose two different proteins and one side. Place your order by Friday noon! If you are not sure what to choose, click here for a complete description of each item.
You can either get the box weekly or bi-weekly. Bi-weekly boxes are delivered every two weeks.
Al items will be delivered cold with the exception of our Falafel entree that will be fried right before delivery. Instructions on how to make a pita will be included in your box.
When can I place my order?
You can place your order online here anytime during the week. The weekly cut off time is Friday at noon. All orders received before Friday noon will be fulfilled on Sunday of the same week and delivered between the hours of 3:00-6:00 pm. You will receive a text message as soon as your order has been delivered. Message and data rates may apply.
Orders received after Friday noon, will be fulfilled and delivered on Sunday of the following week.
Can I choose different proteins every week?
Yes, you can certainly do so. Go to your subscription account settings, click on “Change my box!” button which will take you to a page to modify your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription
Yes, you can pause your subscription by visiting your subscription account settings, and deactivate auto renewal or you can suspend your subscription until further notice.
Can I change my credit card number on file?
Yes, when you go to your subscription account settings, you will find a “Change Payment” button that will direct you to update your payment information.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, when you go to your subscription account settings, you will find a “Change address” button that will direct you to update your delivery address information.
Is this the right product for me?
We started this business in 2017 because we wanted people to have access to home quality food. If a lot more better food options are available, it will be easier for people to make better choices. Soon after, we started seeing some familiar faces who came to our farmers markets every week to buy food for the week and this was when the idea was born. We are offering different customizable boxes that will be delivered weekly to your door step. Let us do what we love to do and you can enjoy multiple different meals a week knowing that the quality of that food is comparable to the meal you cook at home.
Can I choose when my order gets delivered?
Not at this time. We are still a local small business in San Diego, CA and we have to be very effecient to be able to offer you the best value.
All orders must be placed on our system by Friday noon. All deliveries will be done on Sunday between 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm. We will give you a call/leave a message when we are on our way!
Orders received after Friday noon will be fulfilled the following week.
I have a problem with my subscription, what should I do?
If you have any issues, please shoot us an email here. We want to hear from you and if there is anything that’s not right, we promise to take care of it and you!
When can I cancel my subscription wtihout getting charged?
Anytime you have an active subscription, you can always cancel before Friday noon and you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel after Friday noon, you will be charged for that week and your cancellation will be effective the following week.
